History
The Greenstone Country Community Services District (CSD) is a public entity formed in 1981 at the request of the State Water Quality Control Board to oversee and regulate onsite wastewater disposal system design, installation and operation at Greenstone Country. Its purpose is to minimize the potential for costly repairs and promote long-term safe and sanitary wastewater disposal.
Procedures which govern septic system design, installation and operation have been adopted by the District and are set forth in the District's Wastewater Disposal System Design Manual and the Care and Cleaning of Your Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Booklet. A copy of both publications may be obtained at the CSD office at 3451 Stagecoach Rd.
